If you want to cancel your booking you must notify us as soon as possible and confirm in writing. Provided the cancellation is received not less than 10 weeks before the start date of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. If we receive less than 10 weeks’ notice, you will be liable to pay the total cost of the holiday. We advise taking out your own Cancellation Insurance Cover for peace of mind.
Our customers visit our cottage to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. If anyone does not respect this, we reserves the right to ask them to leave the property at any time. If you are asked to leave under these circumstances, no monies will be refunded.
